Terrible experience from the start. They asked if I would like water and I said yes, received after having to ask again and 70 minutes later. Color by Esmeralda was terrible!!!!!! I said I wanted my roots just a touch lighter and about the same color as I have for toner. I said a few times I did not want black roots and rest too dark, just take out the orange. She reassured me that my roots would be about the same or even lighter. My roots are black and the rest very dark. I asked what did you do and she said it will fade...who walks out waiting for their hair to fade to be the correct color???? It has not faded and I have black on much more than just the roots. My hair was shiny and health prior to coming to Bal-Lance. Now way too dark, no shine and lifeless. So sad I went in :(

I loved the over all service, adherence to state covid guidelines and ambience, but the haircut itself was pretty bad - My hair is naturally straight and hence the length differences between individual layers were extremely visible. Even my bangs were cut pretty poorly. I showed these flaws to my stylist who tried to correct my hair after blow drying but to no avail as she kept telling me that's how they style straight hair. After my haircut was complete, my stylist did not even take the hair of my neck and shirt and I had to then request the receptionist who apologized and gave me a wet tissue to rid my face and clothes of hair (never happened to me at any other salon). All in all, avoid this place if you have straight hair!!

The best salon my husband and I have ever been to hands down! Larry is so talented, Brandon and the entire team are just a pleasure to interact with. The salon is gorgeous, warm and inviting. I consistently love my color and haircut. Thank you for providing such an excellent experience for us!

Amazing new salon location. Brandon provides the best haircuts. My hair keeps its shape beautifully as it grows out. Brandon is also a master when it comes to color. He keeps my hair healthy and looking great. The new location is super modern and trendy. Can't wait for my next haircut and highlights!

I had an appointment and the salon folks cancelled and extended the appointment to a Time beyond , after letting them know that I was running late I arrived at a different location and they charged me full fee without any services and charged the entire fee of service and send me a survey asking about services. I have been to many places and they have been kind enough to waive the fees if it the first visit and moreover I did arrive but it happened to a wrong location . Bad customer service
