These were hired for my niece's wedding in July and messaged the day before the event and cancelled 'due to unforeseen circumstances'. No explanation or anything, yet they did 3 events that day but cancelled ours. Absolutely shocking company to deal with which added to the stress of a family wedding and they have not refunded her deposit either despite numerous messages. If I could give them zero stars then I would!

Did not enjoy my experience with Captcha Photo Booth when I used them for my wedding. The staff was rude to my family and guests. He was very unwelcoming when we wanted to use our own props. He closed the booth and went to eat, even thought we only had hire him for 3 hours. The backdrop was poor, a thin piece of material drooping down, looks horrible in the final cut of the pics. Overall very disappointed with the service and quality of care.

So we hired CaptchaBooths for a primary school (Birmingham) prom graduation party. The guy Abbas is from greater Manchester - Oldham. (Strong accent of course)! We hired the white flower wall, emoji props, roped barriers, instant prints and lighting was included. The kids enjoyed this! Of course staff did as well. I want to start by saying how professional Abbas was! He guided us through options and created the best package suitable for our school. He was very understanding through this rather uncertain time and helped cater our needs. Abbas gave the children instant prints with a very flexible limit to taking pictures and certain poses! I highly recommend this guy. Give him a go! Definitely using him again!

Horrendous service. Cancelled on family event last minute but still managed to accommodate 3 events that day. Haven't replied to any messages about refund of deposit either. If you want to lose your deposit and get cancelled on last minute this is the perfect company for you! Wouldn't even give them one star rating
