I had four pieces framed and was very happy with the work done. The turnaround time was about two weeks and they helped me select frames and mat that truly highlighted the art. As with any custom work, you get what you pay for. It would be nice if they gave a price range based on the size of the piece prior to selecting the frame, so you can select frame materials according to your budget.
