If you expect quality service, timely response and professional customer service, go somewhere else. This company is a rip off and doesn't deserve one star. **Update** With regard to the below explanation. I filed a complaint in February after my request for changes was not completed within 2 weeks. I filed another complaint on June 1st after my request for changes on May 4th was not completed as well. The timely outreach after the complaint was phenomenal; however, I should not have to file complaints in order to get a response. The account manager, Morgan Goslin, said she would make changes and this last time, after almost a month, the changes were still not completed. When I called to complain, customer service representative, Crystal Judkins, was very unprofessional and argumentative. She told me that someone named Whitney would be calling me on June 3rd, but she never called. It is obvious to me that there is a lack of follow through with their employees. This is not the type of business I want to be involved with and have asked for a refund; however, they are not responding to my request.

Great to work with. Both my wife and myself use them for our seperate businesses. They make my lack of being tech savvy easy on me and take care of a part of the business I have no interest in managing, at a cost far less than an employee to do so.
This company deserves 0 stars! By far the absolute worst company, Ive ever done business with. Their OPTIMA program is a total scam! Then to top it off, Ive tried for over 5 months to cancel. My account was suppose to cancelled in April- I have email proof. However, I keep receiving a bill and now collection notices. Over the past 5 months:Ive called, emailed, and wrote the company requesting to cancel. Its RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY from this incompetent company!
