I went here four different times, thinking that eventually they'd learn my haircut and get it right. Never did. The price is good, atmosphere is nice, service is generally great, but it was a terrible haircut more than once. Basically a nice Super Cuts, so understand what you're getting into. If you're at all particular about your hair style, go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the haircut. Asked for a certain length and shape, came out nothing at all like I wanted. Experience was good. Enjoyed the design and feeling. Altogether, cowboy up let me down.

The worst customer service. They canceled my appointment twice in the same day, and then offered to give me my next haircut for free. When I tried to redeem that at a later date, they refused to honor it. The manger accused me of trying to take advantage of them, and put the blame on ME for the fact I was told I couldn't use it at another location. She blamed ME for the incorrect information I was given by team members here. Don't go here if you want to be treated with respect. Plenty of other local salons that are more deserving of your business and will appreciate you as a customer.
