I purchased a vehicle on Nov 30, 2018 Mr. Marvin seem like a very good Man but when it comes to owning a car auto shop he has no Knowledge about cars no matter how much you tell him something major is wrong with the car he still will say he will fix the job but constantly put the work off. I had pre existing issues with the car before I purchased vehicle and nothing was done but what Marvin wanted to pay for it took 4 weeks for a water pump and timing belt to get replaced because he refuse to pay for the maintenance in a timely manner to dealership across the street who fix on cars. He also has shade tree mechanic that never shows up for work after you schedule a appointment to get your car fix it will sit at Xcel auto sales all day and no reply until after 3 pm mechanics didn't show up for that day and so fourth. Marvin constantly puts work off when he guaranteed he will fix the issues. My car has been turning off while driving and also sitting in traffic it will turn off I have to immediately crank it back up so I wont get rear ended. I had to replace Hub barrel/Brakes/Starter/Spark Plugs/boot Wires/ Intake Gaskets leaking into spark plugs and more these were all pre existing issues along with a/c issues a/c compressor and a/c fan. I am very disappointed in this business I have filled a BBB report due to Marvin keep putting off work for my car and he got mad because I filled report on March 12,2019 and he didn't see report until 4/2019 so after he saw report he refuse to get the a/c compressor and a/c fan and valve hose that leaking in the dashboard Marvin showed up to my place of home threatening to take my car because he said car financial company said I was 2 months behind when I was on $50.00 pass due. I told him I' m paying for a car that's not even reliable and doesn't work up to my standards and he said he will fix the issues until he saw the BBB report I wouldn't had to file a report if the Xcel auto sale stay open during business hours and a business owner sticking to his word I have every agreement by text or voicemail he sent he will not put it on paper and agree to what he will do. I am a single mother of 4 kids and its not even safe to ride my kids in the car we cant even go on family trips or vacation due to the excessive amount of money I spent just trying to get the car to run properly. After all I still had to pay my car note with no reliable transportation and I feel I should not had too.If I can give this business no stars I would. Marvin also told me he' nothing fixing nothing on my car including transmission and engine issues take it up with the car financial company who I pay my car note too. I was like wow they don't fix cars but ok, Even after 2 months Marvin had my vehicle I asked him to trade it for another vehicle on the lot he cursed me out on the phone and told me he was go fix the vehicle and see how it rides I been trying to trade vehicle in every since no reply from Marvin and no justice please help me bring this black business down for wasting my time and money when I could have took my money else where and got a better vehicle. Receipts and pictures/text messages are coming soon!! This is not the type of business anyone needs to run if they wants to get over on people because my life and my kids does matter. I need a better car asap

We apoligize for your experience the tag processing is done by dmv and everything i explained to you was 100 percent accurate which we have spoken and i feel you are aware of now..law states the tag must be processed within 30 days if theres a issue we can issue 1 additional 30 day temporary tag for a total of 60 days..i sell multiple cars and dealer have what is know as a drop off where we put all our sales in a folder the dmv clerk processes them then calls us..dmv has NO KNOWLEDGE of whose in those folders until its being processed so if they looked in the computer it would say incomplete HOWEVER i offered you a additional tag because i knew they were running behind and you DECLINED...said you wasn't driving here...which is my way of solving the problem until theyre done..so end of the story is it was finalized and processed in 32 days ..title sent..you filed a complaint with dmv which was denied because i did what i explained by offering the plate and they saw where the batch that had your paperwork in it was turned in 8 days before the 30 day expiration date..hope this clears it up

My daughter bought a car here in mid to end of September, and they still haven't sent the title/tag/registration paperwork to the DMV. When I called to inquire as to why this has not been done since its been over a month since car was bought, I was given an attitude and the excuse that their "system has been down" and that they sent paperwork in a week ago. But I called DMV and they state that they haven't received any papers in regards to the sale of this car. This is certainly not a good sign of a dealership that's on the up & up. The buying process was decent enough, although it was supposed to be a private sale as I found the ad for car on Offer up by an individual, my daughter was charged a $150 dealer fee when they did the final paperwork, which we were not told about prior. Update 12/14/19: I received a letter from the Bureau of Dealer Services that states: "During our review of all documents provided by complainant and dealership, it has been determined that Auto Boutique LLC was in violation of Floida Statutes! If I could post a pic of letter I would! So this reply from dealer Xcel Auto aka Auto Boutique Llc is not a valid statement! On top of all this, the car purchased is a lemon! It has been sitting in our driveway since we bought it. It has major electrical issues. We've had to purchase 3 different batteries and it still has issues starting. We've had starter and alternator checked and that's not what's causing the issue. I would bring this to the dealers attention, but based on how they've treated us thus far, it's not going to do us any good. Researching how to deal with this lemon they sold my daughter as her first car. It really sucks that she has had to have this experience as a new driver. Beware to everyone!

This company is stealing from our young. Went here to support black businesses. My son had his car for 3 weeks. He works so hard to buy his first car cash. This feels like he was robbed. Customer Service is great until you actually have a complaint, after that- it's " by law, I don't have to do anything". This was low and I don't see how this business can remain open with these practices. He's out of all his money and still doesn't have a car. Marvin McCoy is not a reputable business man. He's a cheat and a liar. Please read reviews and check the BBB before going to this establishment. We learned an expensive lesson. Please do not patronize this business. You will regret it. Cheap is not always the way to go. The inventory is garbage and the one half decent car we got died weeks later. Be mindful. He's selling lemons and is only out for himself. Also, FYI- the 5 star review below is from Marvin himself. No actual customer has given him more than a 1 star. Notice the red flags.
