We strive to give our clients the best experience possible. Remodels can have stress as they disrupt the clients life and daily activities. When problems arise we try whatever we can to address in a professional and fair way. This project was started several weeks prior to covid. We were caught in the middle during covid lockdowns. We had plastic partitioning living space from work areas. We used a back entrance, masks and hand sanitizer. We offered to work through using precautions and did cuts and fabrication outside at the trucks to minimize exposure . However client did not feel comfortable and would not let us in to finish. After we were invited back, client expressed concern. The project was being done to her specifications, but she wanted some changes. We offered to modify to fit her preferences at no cost to her. There was also a issue with an imperfection detected but rather then letting us address it she terminated the project with less then 1 week of remaining work. We have responded to all her requests, complaints, and offered multiple times to finish. The client would not respond or address the final project invoice to settle the project that contained credits for incomplete work.

They were the worst crew I have ever dealt with. They showed up sporadically and when they did the work was abysmal. Many times the person doing the job spent time on his phone or in his truck doing god knows what. I had to hire a new contractor to finish the job and fix the mess they left me with!!! DO NOT use these people EVER!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Now they are suing me for what they didnt finish even though I had to have someone come in and fix their mess!!!!

Thanks for your review. We tried to contact both Noel and Chris Davis multiple times to settle up unpaid completed work. Client made no effort to answer any emails and mail. Per contract it was sent to collections and finally ended up being settled by the lawyer because of their unwillingness to respond. This project was during covid and despite taking all precautions recommended at the time they delayed the project, became impatient, and accused us of not doing the project correctly. While we give every client a final walk through and do all work to BAGI standards (builders of greater Indianapolis) this was not good enough for this client. We offered multiple options to address their concerns, however they were trying on multiple occasions to get upgrades and free work. We were 2 days from finish. There was a sizable balance remaining from the completed work. Ultimately they decided to cancel the contract mid-way through the second job. We regret we never had the opportunity to come to a positive ending.

Custom Home Medics recently finished a bathroom re-model for us. The design process was great (Russ leads the design team). They were the only contractor I interviewed that had me into their office and go through 3D rendering of what the final project would look like and helped pick out colors and finishings. Once we decided to move forward, they provided good communication on timelines and all the work was done according to the plan. Larry handled most of the work along with sub-contractors for plumbing, electric and shower buildout. All the teams did great work. Once the work was complete, there were several items on the punch list that the team took care of very quickly. Adam (owner) even made a follow-up visit as there was a small leak that just needed pipe tighten. He made the effort to get it taken care of asap. Due to covid-19, the process took much longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected. Their team was willing to work around our schedule to complete all work.

This small firm handled my whole kitchen remodel very well from start to finish. Their price was reasonable. They have design ideas if one needs them. They stuck to the schedule laid out at the beginning. I highly recommend them and will hire them again.
