According to LOU, they are No longer willing to work with previous customers they way they used to because they are under new ownership. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Bought a shirt from here and when I got home it had a hole on it. I was busy and don't call right away so when I did they refused to do anything about it. They wouldn't replace it even offer me a discount on a new one. Was NOT a good customer service experience. Wouldn't use again.
