I went to get a 613 frontal wig from them the girl called the store owner an she told her to give me which I thought was a 12 frontal wig for 295 which the price itself was outrageous for a 12 but I was desperate an I took the wig I went to my hairstylist who let me know right away the wig wasnt a frontal like I was told but a closure wig misinformation and false advertising. Then watercolored my 613 wig while dying it we realized that strands were not taking the color which meant the wig was mixed with synthetic hair PLEASE BEWARE THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING SELLING SYNTHETIC HAIR An GIVING CUSTOMERS MISINFORMATION DO BOT BUY THEIR HAIR!!!!
Im so sorry that this is happening and the harassment for a unpaid bill is beyond absurd and quiet disturbing. you have a unpaid balance of $273.... we can not ship out hair until final payment is made. our company have cameras and receipts that shows all transactions . the same day you paid the Deposit on your package you were not ready to pick up the hair because you stated you were going out of town and having surgery and didn't have enough money. Your sister which is great customer and your daughter was with you that day, you received a 600 unit i quoted you for 317 out of the package to help your situation. I am sorry i cant continue to discredit my business because you don't have your full payment. Please don't lie on my company with false accusations because you want me to give you your order without the full balance being paid. several of my employees were in the store when you made your purchase. Your daughter contacted My store as well apologizing for your character as a customer. Its a pandemic and we have been doing our best filling orders no complaints. Belle Vie is all about customer service with constant great feedback. Our reviews from our wholesale clients that pay their bill in full is amazing. Sorry we are not able to give free product, This is a business. How can i refund you and you already wore a wig out of the order plus you still have a balance. OUR company policy is no refund . Ive waited for my package for more than a month, May to be exact. The attitude and professionalism isnt up to par. Its as if your in a junior high school drama class. Then your charged for what seems to be a gift (highlights on a wig), for what was replaced for a lack of services, remind you theres no physical receipt for service on that date; when its actually a breech of contract. So Im physically in an argument for $1873.19 that I paid in cash. All of a sudden theres no refund or exchange, when Ive asked for my money to be returned. Dont do business with this place. All of a sudden the hairs to be delivered, soooon? Ok, heres another month.
