I placed a last-minute order that they told me would be ready just in time for Christmas. They were very accommodating with me and got the printing done quickly. It was ready one day before Christmas eve, just a few hours before closing. Considering the close time frame and my special request to have it done before Christmas, I assumed they would at least call when it was finished. They EMAILED me 3 hours before closing (for the rest of the week) saying it was ready. An email is not appropriate for this scenario, especially considering the slim time frame for pickup. No one checks their personal email frequently so it was near impossible for me to know in time that it was ready. I never got the sweatshirt in time. Please update your forms of contact so people like me can get the product as planned and requested. A phone call or text would have been appreciated.

Very bad attendance. I dont want to be their client because they dont give you attention and are not willing to talk, they just told me to do an online quote even though I already had all the products I wanted them to work on with me. I tried to go back and try to talk again and they locked the door 1h before of closing time.
Customization house was in my top 5 companies I've worked with. Cynthia was very responsive and very helpful. I only needed a couple shirts and hat for my company I'm just getting started. Nobody would even respond to me. This was just a small order, but customization house was very willing to help me out. The quality was great, service was better, speed was very fast, and the price was very fair.
Ruined our cruise shirts. So disappointed in the transaction from beginning to end. Got 50% back for the mistake but no compensation for the cost of the shirt. An expensive waste for us. Would give a zero if I could.
