Gone are service approve by my insurance for a week I got no call and no show , I called the company they said they sorry for the mixup and they speak with their boss, someone be coming ASAP , that was 2 days ago , I spend 5 days no food or water , I had to beg stranger to please bring me water and food from the store as I am fanting and cant make sense of anything, also I was called the previous week by 4 different people men and female 11 pm at night asking me personal information and saying they from this agency and coming to my house because they have to approve my service. And asking if I am home alone and if anyone around me , very strange question to ask someone, but due to almost dying by no one called or show up , I have to change service

It's the worst agency I've worked in, the supervisors use an ugly language, I do not recommend it to anyone. horrible.
