We apologize that this was your experience. After reviewing the camera, the service advisor mistook someone being in your vehicle due to the tint being so dark. He mistakenly greeted the next customer without checking first. He apologized to you and prioritized your vehicle as well as vacuumed your car for you. Mistakes can happen. We don't recommend appointments for oil changes. Per our website where you scheduled yours, it states, "No appointments are necessary for express service, they are first come first serve." Demand is too great for our store to be appointment only, so we also service walk-ins. By the time you arrived, there were already 18 vehicles in process. For the fastest service, we recommend arriving just before we open or later in the afternoon an hour or two before closing.

I was one of the first cars in line with an appointment at 8:30 am; let's just say I'm still here waiting for an oil change at 10:36 am. They also pulled cars in front of me, which added more wait time. No, I was not quiet. I did leave a complaint and will not be returning to this location (even though it's 7 mins from home, IDC IDC!). This is my second time visiting Paulding Jeep, and both times were disappointing. Do better, Paulding Jeep. This is ridiculous!

Beware of these clowns BAIT & SWITCH at its best. Brought vehicle in for a diagnosis on check engine light, Local mechanic scanned the vehicle to start with and provided the codes to us and stated it could be under warranty, brought to dealership to check to see if under warranty, was informed it was not and it was $ 135.00 for them to tell us that, then was told it would be another $ 165.00 for them to tell me the repair charge. So basically $ 300.00 to tell us the repair charge. We refused the additional charges, picked the vehicle up and carried to a local well-known mechanic for the repairs. Upon them checking the vehicle, they discovered some things were done to the vehicle that only a mechanic would know to do to cause other issues with the vehicle. We Have spoke to the service manager regarding this issue and he simply didnt care what was being told to him, we have emailed him with pictures as well with no response. This just goes to show actually how they care for their customers and the things they will do to generate additional business by taking advantage of people, The sad thing is a lot of people would just say yes and not know they are getting taken advantage of.
