Just purchased a new Durango RT everyone from the salesman to the management were friendly, and helpful even staying late to get us where we needed to be. Very pleased with the entire experience
Do not go to this location for any car needs, buying, servicing, trading, etc. 2 weeks ago, my husband got his 2018 jeep towed to this dealership. A week and 2 days later DeSean Jefferson and Reggie attempted to sell him a brand-new vehicle, offering no trade in value for his 2018, that he is still paying on. They neglected to inform either of us that the diagnostic had NOT been done on his previous vehicle. False information was provided to my husband for 5 hours prior to my arrival. Once I arrived, I asked DeSean Jefferson to walk me through the contract. He became aggressive and kept telling me to "speak to my husband". It is the salesperson responsibility to relay this information over to me, especially since I was co-signing my name. Jefferson failed to give me a respectful car buying experience. After I realized Jefferson had no intention of helping me, I asked him when the diagnostic on our original vehicle will be completed, and he said sometime the next day. When we spoke with the service member, he outright asked us if we would still be buying a new car. That should NOT matter when we are inquiring about getting a vehicle serviced. The diagnostic was completed, and it was something that could have been easily fixed. We wasted over $100 on Uber because this location REFUSED to conduct a diagnostic. This all could have been prevented if the diagnostic would have been completed upon request. We were given the run around in an attempt to get us to purchase a vehicle. This is a textbook situation of shady car salesmen and management. I also will be contacting corporate as this should never happen to anyone.
