Buying experience was great! Service however not so great. How does it take you 7 hours for an oil change and when i called and asked if my car was ready i was told if i didnt make it there by 6 i was not getting my car back till next day?! I think you need to hire more techs.

The worst experience ever, my 2003 truck was in the shop 30 days, a $400 (manifold) was on back order. That is what the tech determined was the problem. I had two other garages to look at the truck but they did not know why the check engine light was on and the truck continued to fail. i figures Ford dealers would know. So i took it to greico ford. I asked for a printout of the work to be done from the advisor, Evelyn, while we waited for the manifold. She insisted I had wait until I picked up the truck to get the list. I end up going in the dealership to get a copy before I needed to pay to see what was being done. The total was $2200 for the complete service. They did a 'tuneup' as well. I did not ask for one. When the advisor Evelyn text to say the truck was ready, I visisted and asked again for a print out of the work, since I questioned some of the work, she started screaming at me, when asked why, she said 'because I'm Cuban' . I left. Three days later I tried to make arrangements to pick up the truck, it took more than 20 calls to Greico or ten texts to get the advisor or other staff to assist me in getting the truck. Drove the truck to work and the check engine light came on when I parked. It died out 4 times in rush hour traffic on my way home the same day. Maybe they are taking advantage of an old woman with an old truck, I dont know. I just want my truck fixed! The better business bureau needs to know as well.

Purchased my Ford Explorer Sport from Grieco and I absolutely love it. I recently needed warranty work done on it. Service advisor Manny was extremely professional and he was great. The work on the other hand by the technician was absolutely horrific. Car was in their hands for 2 weeks and 2 days and the problem was not fixed. Looked at the car myself and found out what the issue is and it ended up being a $40 part that can be easily fixed in less then 30 min. None of the issues I had with the car were fixed and before you take your car in for warranty service you should probably check with another service provider/dealership. Also, make sure you check your oil after having an oil change done by them, it may not have been done. Maybe if their techs treated the cars they were servicing like they were their own this wouldnt be a problem. But the overall experience was a complete joke.
