Hello Marcela, I'm sorry you feel that way did you get a DNA test done to support your claims that it was not a pure Pomeranian or are you just going by just appearance. The paperwork and everything on our end states its a Pomeranian and when you first saw the puppy you confirmed in appearance that it was a Pomeranian. I'm sorry you felt that you were betrayed and we sold you a puppy that wasn't what it was but on our end the paperwork states its a Pomeranian. I hope we can resolve this issue because from our end of things we go by what the paperwork states. Thank you.

On December 2021 I bought a Pomeranian I had been waiting for a black one and finally she appeared, I went to see her and fell in love with her immediately so I bought her without thinking twice. I have taken her to the Vet for all her checkups, she has grown totally different from a Pomeranian. I paid $3,838.50 for her. She apparently is mixed with another race as per her Vet and her Dog Groomer. Previously I had a Pomeranian for twelve years. She was easy to train, human oriented and her appearance was totally different. I am very upset because I trusted and believed in Wayne puppies that I was going to have a pure Pomeranian and now I have to deal with another breed that was not the one I paid for. I am really sad and unhappy about the business done with Wayne puppies.

I just received a call from the shop saying that the silver lab (the one you were going to purchase) was not being sold anymore bc THE HUSBAND HAS ALLERGIES and that he was now avialable for purchase again. I had a feeling something was off with their story. Dodged a bullet. Very sad for the puppy. Reply: I really appreciate your response and your professionalism. I got my girl Sim from Wayne Puppies in 2014. She was really sick with kennel cough when we first got her, and the owners were very nice about the situation. They took her under there care for a week and gave us back a healthy puppy! Only thing we were not happy about was that we were forced to go to the vet that they are collaborated with. My shiba was having some eye problems after a year and the vet did not take it seriously which led my dog to develop glycoma in one eye that could have been prevented. That was a really sad time for us, but after 6 years, we are still able to manage her blind eye with medication eye drops and keep the pressure on a healthy level. So happy I got my Shiba from wayne puppies. She is my first dog and she changed my life forever. Thank you wayne puppies

I recently purchased a Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy from this store. At first I was a little skeptical but when I went inside the 2 girls who were working were very friendly and knowledgeable of the puppies they had. I always wanted a corgi. So I purchased the corgi puppy which is now 13 weeks old. I was advised he had kennel cough but they did provide all the medication necessary to treat it. The cough resolved the following week and my puppy got vet checked 2x already and hes healthy and growing accordingly. He gets along with my other dog just fine and hes such a good boy. Thank you for providing me with the perfect second mans best friend.

Hello Yudenia, Sorry for your inconvenience but we have no records of your purchase in the month of December. You may have the wrong puppy store but if not, then I'm more than happy to explain all your concerns. First, we verbally explain the need of a fecal testing to be done as soon as possible where the veternarian sends the fecal to a lab, because we do not have super power abilities to see if all bacteria was cleared. So we apologize if we do not have that ability. Secondly, We go over with you our amazing FREE vet package which includes the following: First visit included if puppy needs any additional medication within 14 days and fecal floatation included. We provided three necessary contacts for any emergencies and not many places provide that kind of help. If your puppy wasn't feeling well, it would have been a proper choice for you to contact us which you failed on doing so but instead you decided to write a review. Regarding the food that we make you purchase, you cannot change a puppy's diet too fast. It is the same food we are feeding them. If you changed a dog's food without weaning them off, they will have an upset stomach and loose stool. So there is a really good reason why we make you purchase the food. Also, it is not a huge expensive to purchase the food which only cost $16.99 but regardless you have to purchase food to feed the puppy. Other places charging the customers additional fees such microchip, pedigree, vet package, and vaccine which approximatly charges over $250 dollars. I believe its not a necessary charge to the customers and it should be included like we do. So i don't think it is a vaild complaint regarding purchasing food. I went to this pet store because a coworker had bought her dog here. Despite of the negative reviews I went and bought a mini golden doodle that clearly said on the paperwork when I went to pick her up that she was fit for sale. Well over one thousand dollars later I come to find out she wasnt properly dewormed . The dog had a parasite that I had to treat her for out of my own pocket and I had to drop off the dog at the vet today because shes been throwing up and cant keep anything down. The dog has only been eating what the pet store makes you buy when you purchase a pet from them. I have a good mind to open an investigation on this pet store. They dont even call you after purchasing the dog to ask how he/she is doing. The proper thing to do would be to call at least a week or 2 after your purchase and ask how the dog is. I shouldve known better I dont even have a month with this dog and its costing me too much money aside from that Im still paying for her monthly. Do not buy a dog from this place! I was waiting for you to respond! No you wouldnt find me under my name because the puppy was bought under my husbands name. I was at a pet store and a woman asked me where I bought the puppy and when I told her she went on to say that she bought a dog from you guys that caused her many issues. That being said I never said I switched the food. I didnt call the number you provided because I was advised by other people who have purchased a dog from your store to never take her to the vet that you guys provide. And also it is far from where I live. Also the first thing I did was take a stool sample to the vet of my choice and confirmed the dog has giardia. I never said you guys have super powers so I would appreciate it if you would keep your nonsense sarcasms to yourself. What you shouldve said is pls contact us so we can discuss further what is going on with the dog and we can proceed with suggestions. The point here is customers pay a lot of money it should be your responsibility to have the costumer take the dog home after it is completely cleared of any parasites.
