My first experience was pretty bad. The doctor was amazing and was very knowledgeable but the staff (minus the receptionist) was rude. One girl even got mouthy because i declined a few add-ons to my glasses prescription. After I pick up my glasses, I will never go back here. Which sucks because I REALLY liked the doctor.
I couldn't be happier with the service here! Amazing doctor, amazing team all around. I recommend this eye group over any other!! Love you guys! Thanks for taking great care of me!

This was my very first visit with this Eye care Center. And is definitely my last! I don't recommend making appointments with them on Fridays. The office closes early, and seems everyone in the office is ready to go home. The only employee who dedicates her time with patients is the Optometrist, Dr. Gardner. Everyone else fast talked and rushed me on to the next area. Picked up my new, name brand expensive prescription glasses almost two weeks later. The technician brought them out, attempted to hand them to me WITHOUT making certain there were no adjustments to be made. Matter- of- fact, I had to request trying them on, BEFORE leaving the building. The office staff seem to be interested ONLY in collecting monies! And they are very rude!
