I worked opposite Mr. Gaeta in what should have been a simple child support case. Mr. Gaeta often refused to respond to emails, on two separate occasions he did not appear in court for a scheduled hearing, he failed to sign an agreement for his client that his client had entered into, and at trial he failed to request an interpreter in advance causing my client and myself to sit around the courtroom for hours waiting on an interpreter to arrive. Oftentimes Mr. Gaeta blamed his failure to properly handle his case on his assistant, saying she didnt do this or that or she was on leave. Because of how Mr. Gaeta has handled this case this case has taken a year to resolve when it should have taken at most 6 months.
