Is this business run by artists, or is the owner aloof? Deadlines were missed. The shop is a mess. When I would walk in to ask for an update on my (late) job, I would stand and look around at every artist waiting for someone to help me. Working with the staff was a frustrating experience. I would not return.

Excellent customer service on every visit. They have in-house artists who are creative and helped us design the artwork for a batch of t-shirts we ordered! They also do our embroidery on our work shirts. Seriously, you can't beat the quality of their embroidery work; its better than anywhere else I've dealt with. The down side to being good at what they do means they are always busy, so my pro-tip is get your order in early!
