Well to tell the truth it was unhelpful my transmission is still slipping which you tell me is normal that is hard to believe with a truck that has nine thousand miles I had you guys look at the front end because it's wearing tires you told me that was normal and to rotate tires every 5 to 6 thousand miles I have rotated the tires 3 times if you do the math that's every 3 thousand miles and when I brought it to a small garage the alignment was way off

I found the cost for labor to be egregious. Parts were $57 and labor was $240 for a 30 min job that was easily accessible on the top of the engine. I feel I was taken advantage of.

Parts department is on point. They are quick to fulfill your needs. I ordered a key. Expected a 2 week return with a price of around $200. Got my key for $130 and had it back in less than a week. Will keep doing business with them and highly recommend them to others locally for Genuine GM parts.

I brought my Silverado in to have them check a squealing/squeaking noise in the front drivers side area. The service advisor heard it and so did the mechanic. The mechanic could not find what was causing the noise. He checked everything and greased areas but nothing worked. I was charged $76 even though they couldn't find or fix the problem. I am fine paying for repairs but since they didn't repair anything I don't feel like I should pay anything. That is my opinion and would welcome feedback on why I should have paid.
