Horrible service. Just bought new car 3 weeks ago everything was nice. Through their app went to online shopping found BMW advanced car eye 2.0 and was wondering how much theyll charge for installation. You cant imagine the whole office didnt know anything about camera and nobody knew how much they charge for it. Oh my god! This is just ridiculous service. They dont know what theyre offering. Its been 2 days nobody called me back still. Very horrible place

The Non-Sense between the service department, the car taking 2 days on the CPO, driving back and forth to Miami, having to ask constantly if the car is done, the pricing exercise was mishandled, then literally waiting for over 3 hours to sign the final document with no one in the dealership, the non sense fees applied. Not Happy at All.
