NEVER AGAIN! The absolute most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I would never do business with these people again. Never answer calls, never answer emails, never sent us our proper paperwork and mileage statements for the vehicle. Worst automotive experience ever. The list goes on with everything that they did wrong and did not do right, then months later we get contacted saying that they accidentally overpaid for our vehicle by $1000?!? and they want us to cut them a check to make up for the difference, even though all the paperwork was DONE and the bank is the one who sent us the payment! Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe our experience with this company.

Went late Sunday afternoon to Prattville 9/2021 to look at some different car lots. Their lot needs more lighting especially with some uneven walking surfaces. No contact with others since business was closed. Cars have detailed breakdown of cars options & price which I like & appreciate. Aggravating to look at cars who show on paper the cars options/info but no price posted (only on vehicles I liked LOL) which is gimmick to call or seek salesperson for every one u have interested in... I personally prefer to shop alone & will find employee if & when I need them. Average selection compared to other used car lots. Prices were considerably higher than other very similar cars I've been looking at for past month.
