Dionysius, We are truly sorry your experience with us was not satisfactory. A clear and concise conversation is indeed very important. That conversation was then followed-up with a written quote, that was also very clear and concise. You then came back in, approved the quote and paid a 50% down payment. In addition, you physically selected the tank styles that were listed on the quote and subsequent invoice/work order. After we completed your order exactly as agreed, you now claim you wanted t-shirts not tanks? If we believed a mistake was made on our part, we would cover the cost to replace your order, but this is not the case. In fact, our only job is to ensure our customers leave with exactly what they ordered and are happy with it. We have over 40 years experience doing just that and 5 star reviews from satisfied customers to prove our professionalism. As far as "little shotty" printing I won't even dignify that with a response. We too have learned a lesson...our new policy will be to collect 100% up front like most companies. You are welcome to come in and discuss a solution that works for both of us. In the meantime, we will keep your tanks here if you change your mind.

Place seems cool at first and the people seem like they are there to help you out, but you find out after you pay a deposit that they are only their to take your money. You have a clear and concise conversation about exactly what you want, but then if they make the mistake and go against what you said you are still expected to pay the full price for it all with no compensation or help. I was literally just told, "There is nothing we can do, when will you be in to pay?" Naturally I took the loss of my entire deposit because I refuse to pay for something that I CLEARLY did not ask for and never would have asked for. Not to mention to screen printing was a little shotty. I sincerely appreciate the lesson that this place has taught me, in business no one is your friend.

California Tees provides excellent services. I can't tell you they are the best price because they were my first and only stop when I decided to get shirts made. After speaking with Louise I knew I would get the best service here. Louise was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He walked me through they entire process, made suggestions that really helped and overall was very friendly. As a small business owner myself I saw they put their customers first. I will definitely use them again for all my shirt orders in the future and I highly recommend them. The offer their top notch services for what I considered a bargain price. It cost me much less than I anticipated.
Came on Sunday at 3:43 p.m.- The door is locked-nobody is answering the phone either- say's open everyday except Monday by appointments, even on today's recording.Not good for business, especially if you were suppose to be picking up an order. Glad I know this before hand. *hours of operation vary
