This is my call to the service department. Me - Hello do you guys have anything available for bla bla service tomorrow? Rep- Ermm let me check you can drop it off but we can not guarantee. Me- What do you mean is it available or not? Rep- you can drop it off but we can't guarantee. -Me (confused) do you guys have loaner cars if I drop it off? Rep- we don't have rental cars at the moment. Me- Rental? I was asking for a loaner car. I feel like they gave the poor girl a script to follow but she just can't answer anything I asked properly. Wound't wanna deal with these people really.

Great experience with this dealer, and sales consultant Rafael. We came from quite a distance to look at a potential car for purchase and he kept in touch with me as promised until we got there. The process was hassle free and easy and I felt that they were very fair on pricing and trade in. Rafael was extremely attentive and we breezed through financing with Dean. Really nice people all around and a professional atmosphere without being obnoxious like most dealers. I love my 'new' used car - it was well worth the long drive to get it.

Where to begin. Buying the car here wasn't to bad. The warranty was just a waste. Had an idling issue with the car. So took it in for service. They had the car for a week. Changed a vacuum hose, changed spark plugs and inspected the car. Got the car back and headed straight to work. And it did the same thing it was doing when I took it in. Called them back and set up a second appointment to take it in. They kept the car for another week. When I went in to get it back the manager came to talk to me. He said they couldn't figure it out and I would have to take it some place else to have them fix it. Went outside to leave with it and it didn't even want to start now. So after a week all they did was make it worse. How do you inspect a car that has an issue every time it stops. Worst service department.
