Went to look for a used car. No prices or mileage on the cars. Had to go inside to talk to a sales and he was clueless. I ask him mileage and price on a car and he didn't even know it was on the lot. He ended up going on their website to get the mileage and price. I could have done that. The worst.

When you call for warranty or service work they cant get you in for 3 to 4 weeks. Very unacceptable. So if why buy a car from this dealership if they cant even look at a brand new car for a month.

The representative we encountered today was John Weikle; a low-pressure salesman who expressed more concern for uncovering our needs and putting us in the right vehicle than making a quick sale. John spent a good deal of time helping us map out our options and in the end suggested we gather more information about the RV we were going to be hauling before proceeding further. Very refreshing to encounter a dealership with a true sales professional. One who by all indications appears more focused on establishing long-term mutually beneficial business relationships than closing deals by any means necessary.

Sub par dealer in my experience. I went to drive a car and was told after waiting for an hour that I was not allowed to test drive it. The salesman drove the car harder than I would have so I see no reason for why I couldnt drive it. Had I not driven the hour to get there, I would have just turned around and left. If you want a great dealer then go to Keller Bros. Dodge in Lititz, Pa instead.
