I sent 2 emails on Monday and called twice to confirm my emails were received. I spoke to the owner Dean and he was kind enough to check my emails over the phone. It is now Thursday and still no email or call from Dean or any of his employees. In todays modern times, it is only right for me to warn others about the poor service and time that can be wasted. I really hope the company takes reviews seriously and improves over time.

I made my order [2 graduation stoles] then waited the 4 weeks. When I went to pick them up, they were wrong. I told the lady but obviously she didnt want to accept fault. She did however say it was my fault because thats why you were here to see the drawing (the order Dean wrote up) & well theres nothing we can do the jobs already finished She voided my payment and thats that.
