Was not happy with the service however Catrin was more than happy to put this right as it was due to miscommunication. Took longer than quoted but was told this was because they was currently really busy. Would've been good to be given a longer lead time if that is what was needed.

Absolutely appalling customer service from someone named Catrin. Takes 4-5 days to get a response. I was intending on spending upwards of 2000 on a continued basis with a London screen printer, lazy, lacklustre customer service made even the simplest tasks feel like wading through treacle... good thing about London is screenprinters are in no short supply! I will take my business elsewhere. Complete waste of time.

I have used 3rd Rail since starting my clothing brand a good few years ago and there's simply no need to look elsewhere. 3rd Rail offer everything any indie clothing brand would need with great print finishes, a large choice of quality garment blanks, fast turn around, labelling and more. They're the go to indie brand supplier in my book! Communication is very clear and prompt which is so important running your own brand... they have become an extension of my own team!

Agree with the 1 star reviews. Had some labeling and printing done here and the communication / customer service from Ian was absolutely ABYSMAL. Get's the 2nd star as the actual printing was pretty good.
