Poor customer service and software interface. I requested cancellation of my subscription multiple times and they keep emailing me to confirm and say that my subscription will be renewed and to confirm my cancellation. Harassing and inept. They have screen sizing issue and the best they can come up with instead of proper coding is "zoom out".
Less than acceptable support. Misleading statements by the sales person ie: availability of software updates. Would not refund my payment even though the product that was promised was not available and still is not available and was told i could get a refund if it was not updated into the software in 90 days from purchase. I would not recommend anyone purchase canopy. They make a lot of promises but do not deliver on them. Secondarily, the support individuals ranged from informed and caring to aloof and disinterested in my needs. Do not purchase this product, you will be sorry. I would give it negative stars if I could. I do not like to give reviews like this but feel in necessary to warn other businesses and individuals from getting caught up in their inconsistencies.
This has been a great place to attend the Utah agile Meetup meetings. I enjoy going here to meet with the employees and other agile practitioners as we try to make the agile community in Utah better. Their building is beautiful, the aesthetic is awesome. And if you get a chance to see it, I recommend you take a look at it. I'm very grateful to Canopy for hosting the meetups and for helping to support the community.
This company reached out to me right before a tax deadline for a deal/promotion they were offering. The deal was being offered since few accountants will talk to them days leading up to a tax deadline. As a new business I was trying to figure out how to set up my practice and processes. Canopy seemed like a great choice. I was told that I had to pay the entire year up front but that at any time I can cancel. I tried for months to set up this platform and integrate it into what I needed. When I tried to cancel they refused. I had every intention of re-signing up after tax season AND with additional licenses so that I could get the most out of it for my practice. Even on the phone they did not tell me they would not cancel just that they would follow up with an email. The email basically said you are locked in. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!
