As mention on your post at our Facebook we make all shirts as custom orders and our website also mention the shirt said 'Ladies' The Favorite-slim feminine fit' and also has a sizing chart available. Your shirt was bought at one of our store made for a well know company that is nation wide as a staff shirt and being in business for over 25 years we will also keep our word and give you a discount.

I had them make 2 shirts for me. The first one, the men's, fit as expected. The women's one was SEVERELY undersized. When I called to ask about it... I was passed through 3 people. FINALLY the 3rd person told me that all orders are custom orders and that shirt was the largest one they had and it was a "slim fit". It says 2X but you'd be lucky if it was a Medium at best. I wear women's 2X shirts every day, and there is NO way it is a 2X. When I asked if he could make the same shirt on a men's shirt that would fit me, He said "That would have to be a custom job" and that he liked to keep his "offerings consistent". Which is it? He then told me to find a buyer for it and he would give me a discount on my NEXT order. Wow. Now I am out $15 for a shirt that will just sit on my table because I certainly can't wear it! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
