Had to bring my Jeep back twice for diagnosis of a sound in the front tire. Their first diagnosis was incorrect but it happens sometimes. So we made a new appt 6-8 weeks in advance because they were so backed up. We also scheduled a transmission flush. We show up today and met by a service advisor that never introduced himself. He then says no one can look at it or perform the flush today and to maybe try to come back on Monday. When I called back to speak to a manager I couldnt get through and had to hunt for a number for a live person only to be laughed at and hung up on by Daniel. Worst service ever. Dont bother with a dealership that doesnt care about its service customers.

Don't buy used from this dealership. they sold me a truck that was flood damaged. they attempted to hide the damage. now i have a truck that i am $4000 into repairs all stemming from the flood damage. Now i have to have the 4x4 checked by them because it does not work. this has to be the most unreputable dealership i have ever delt with. buyer beware

This is the fastest car buying experience Ive ever had. In & out in Less than 2 hours. Had exactly what I needed and Leo G. was great. Traded in a vehicle I owed on and made it a wash so it wasnt negative equity. They worked with me to get me a good price.

The only reason I gave a two star rating is that I made an appointment over there weeks ago for warranty work through there call center for a leaking window. Got here and I was not on there schedule and if I was they needed an outside vendor to do the repair. So all they could do was to diagnose the leak. I have been here before and they were great but there call center had me do over a two hour round trip drive for nothing and from what I heard this is not the first time. They need to drop the call center
