First, I would like to point out the inconsistencies with this false review. The gentleman above saw the mask required sign on my door, which is the same as the signs all over our great city and stated he couldn't wear a mask as he was allergic to them. His exact words were, "No, No, No. Im not going to. I'm not. I'm allergic to them. Im not gonna do it." He "demanded" that I bring the merchandise out to him. I said I'm sorry sir but I'm in the middle of a project and can't come out. He never once said a word about it fogging up his glasses. I have a witness to exactly what he said and how unbelievably rude he was. Everyone knows how we pride ourselves on our customer service here at Moe's but there is always going to be that one and no matter what, it wouldn't have been good enough. Also, he is correct about one thing...it was a power struggle for him because once he didn't get his way and his demands weren't met, he sped off.

I ordered license plate for my car over phone, when I went to pick it up there was sign on door requiring mask. I do not feel comfortable wearing mask as they make my glasses fog up so I called to ask i someone could bring item to door for me. This is a very small shop and i could see the person I was talking to thru the window. They refused. I asked again and they refused so I told them I wanted a refund. Again answer was no and they hung up on me. It was not the lady I've dealt with in past so I'm assuming it was an employee but not sure. Seems to me that if safety was the issue they would be happy to do curbside pickup, more of a power struggle in my opinion.

Owner blocks customers who PAY for something and refuses to work with them. She deletes comments & reviews off Facebook as well. Very dishonest and inappropriate.

Moes is amazing! High quality work, customer service and products! They always go above and beyond our expectations and in a very timely manner. Most items we receive same day. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. Everyone there always has a great personality. The store in itself is always clean and very well organized. I would recommend to everyone!!

Made a cup , messed it up twice, we asked for refund, she ended up being very rude and then posting on facebook about childish people when she was treating the situation awful! If you need to see under community tab on her facebook page you can see the comments.
