Booked an appointment for 1pm, just fluids, brake bulb, and brake pads, waited 3-4hrs to finish...like...why even book an appointment if ima wait 4hrs to be done...felt ignored and overlooked as a whole as I watched people come and go and I just sit waiting like a fool.

Set up an appointment to come test drive the 2019 Scat Pack RT at 4PM on 10/22/19. Drove 45 minutes in the rain to then be told that the vehicle isnt available. I honestly feel racially profiled by the visit. I was looked at and talked to funny. At first they stated the car was in a accident. Then they said the car isnt there. Was going to purchase the vehicle after test driving it since it was the exact mode and color scheme that I wanted. I even took months of preparing to get my credit better. I dont understand how this is the Best Dodge Dealer In Jersey. Might reconsider even getting a dodge after this racist interaction.

My parents and I are so excited about our new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. My mother was in need of a new car so this past Saturday we went for it with 3 kids. we went down Rte 440 to see our options so we stepped in t Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to see what options my mother had. she was somewhat interested in a Durango . We didn't see any on the lot so i went in and asked and there comes Aaron. Very friendly upbeat and very personable. He was not the typical eager to get the sale car salesman. he showed my parents the Durango in the 2013 jeep grand Cherokee that would be our car. the price didn't match my parents price point. to make a long story a little shorter they made myself my parents and my 3 kids feel so welcomed. they were very attentive to each and every concern and need that we had. Jose Ramos who played with the numbers was so friendly and made us feel comfortable. Aaron was amazing as well very funny!. If you guys need a car i recommend this place. Ask for Aaron and Jose Ramos!!!

I was driving the area last Saturday with my partner and decided to stop by the Dealership just to eye shop, when I was enchanted by this Jeep I ended up buying just like that. Carmelo Mac made it super easy going though the whole process, since is my very first vehicle I was a bit nervous and worried, he made me feel at ease and super professional and friendly!
