I am suspicious that this is not an honest charity. I have given well over $1000 dollars through monthly donations since the pandemic started. Last year, they did not send me any documentation of my donations, and have ignored my request for documentation (for taxes). When I tried to decrease / stop my monthly donations, I had to wait on hold forever to speak with someone who ultimately said she cannot help but she will take my phone number and have someone call me back. Months have passed and nobody has called me back. I called today and requested documentation again. I'll edit this if I receive it. Otherwise I will ask my credit card company to block them from billing my account and choose a more trustworthy charity.

Only 68.8% of donations go toward the mission. Check out salaries of top 5 "executives ". Approximately$1.6 Million!. This "charity " is a disgrace. The Shores family alone is raking in $683,000. Is this where you want your donations to go? ( source Charity Navigator)
