I have done business with them before & it was always really great customer service & quality.........that is until now. I drove 45 min each way to have custom embroidery done on a new racing suit jacket. I always dealt with a younger girl, but was greeted by an older lady & after I explained what I needed on the jacket & told her I was a repeat customer she said she didn't want to say but they don't typically do one offs, they are kinda busy & don't know if & when they could even do it. I didn't ask for a rush order... and I was going to get more work done such as shirts/koozies... but after that experience I left & took my business elsewhere.....and will never come back again

This place is business is not professional and not accepting of projects for People of Color. They refuse to take responsibility when they messed up and did not give good direction when my project was presented. Poor business.
