Took my old Dyson in so I could get it looked at and fixed. Told me he would put new filters in and get me a replacement hose. Called me and said the motor for the brush part at the bottom went out so needed that whole front part replaced. $170 later I bring it home and the filters were not replaced so I spent 170 on a used hose and the bottom part. I'm beyond upset. Will NEVER take a vacuum here again. He also kept pushing for me to trade it in and get a new super expensive vacuum that I do not want. I wish I could give a negative star review

The guy here sold us a 'refurbished perfectly running dyson' get it home and the hose is cut in two and the cord torn and taped. My husband had to fix it, they would not give us any refund only offered to fix what my husband had to fix. I feel like I was sold trash and wronged. Horrible lying cheating establishment.
