Very nice front staff. Just make sure you check your things going in the building and after you receive. Mine had grease stains and it was all denied from the owner that it happened in their care. Dry cleaners cannot remove the stain fully and now I have to repurchase and take it back to another embroidery shop after spending 200 dollars at this place. Will never return.
What can I say they do fantastic work, digitizing is excellent impressed with the first orders. So I gave them all my orders OVER PROMISED UNDER DELIVERED HE DIDNT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER WENT OUT OF TOWN WITH WORK UNFINISHED! 1st Cash America order still didnt get the Order he kept promising all that they would be done he had the order over a week granted J.D said he was going to have to redigitize the files never happed he told me to wait until Monday again. 2nd order (Artist) 60+ caps he said they would be ready on Friday he had 35 hats of one logo and 2 of the other logo stitched he said they would be ready the next day I called assuming my order would be ready this morning and theyre not he only ran 6 caps yesterday. So now I have to explain to my customers What happened! The most disappointing thing about all this that THE OWNER J.D couldnt even call me he left all the communication to his employee that felt so bad because she was put in the middle. So I go pick up my 6 caps and all my merchandise that was separated by order was already but in a bag to given back to me, he had no intention on doing my work so now Im stuck trying to find someone on a Saturday to finish my orders. So Disappointed I thought I had finally found my embroidery guy.
