Hi Danielle, we are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service. It sounds like there was miscommunication regarding the experience of our caregivers. Not all of our caregivers have experience with dementia. We hire caregivers with a CNA license or at least 1 year of working with seniors. We do our best to match each caregiver with the client's needs. But, it sounds like we may have missed the mark in matching the right caregiver to your husband. However, we agreed to swap out caregivers when we learned that it wasn't a good match. In regards to the caregiver schedule, we called when we saw that the caregiver was clocking in/out outside of the scheduled times. We do this to make sure we are billing the correct hours and to make sure we are meeting the client's needs. We were initially unaware of your request for some extended hours and that the caregiver's hours shifted slightly to accommodate bus schedules. We did not mean to seem overbearing. However, correct documentation of hours is crucial to our business. We can certainly be flexible with hours, but our office staff needs to be aware of changes to the schedule to ensure accurate billing for you and pay for our caregiver. Again, we are sorry that we missed the mark. We would love to make it up to you.
