How do they stay in business I'm not sure. The most rude and unprofessional realty in the North End. Unless you want a headache with the owner and the agents that work with them, stay away!

Absolutely the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. Realtor Mario Fiume is not professional and rude, he doesn't seem to realize that he is getting payed from you and not vice versa. Other realtors are not responsive. Avoid

The city has several of rental apartments on the market and since I am not local to the Boston area I felt overwhelmed and stressed to find an apartment. Upon my Zillow search I came across Mario Fiume from Anzalone Realty and reached out to express interest in the listing. From the beginning of our conversation he was informative and familiar with the North end (transportation, central to the city, local laundromats). He relieved my worries of not finding an apartment. With that being said he found me exactly what I wanted, I love the North and End and my cute apartment. Mario made this experience seamless with no pressure. I highly recommend Mario at Anzalone Realty for all your real estate needs. The office is in a great location on Hanover Street!
