THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM, EVERY CLAIM I FILED WITH THEM RESULTED IN DISAPPOINTMENT. MOST TIMES THEY EITHER DENIED MY CLAIM WITH SOME HIDDEN CLAUSE OR INSTEAD OF FIXING MY ITEM THEY OFFERED ME A CHECK THEY DIDNT COME CLOSE TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING MY ITEM. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME IT TAKES 6-8 WEEKS TO PROCESS THE CHECK. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

They say Service Plus is pretty good, so I went with the experts. However, there was one instance where they did not inform or explain things to me until the technician arrived and said, "They should have asked you: Was it inside or outside the home?" Because he said it would save him a trip and I wouldn't have to pay $50 for him to tell me the problem was inside rather than outside, and if it was outside, they said they weren't responsible. That question was never posed to them. Apart from that, everything has been fine. So far, all of the technicians who have been dispatched have been excellent. It was a very good job, in my opinion. I thought it was done correctly.

The customer service is excellent, and the many options and coverage details are provided, making it very simple for a first-time homeowner to choose the appropriate coverage. I investigated three to four home warranty providers and discovered that Service Plus provides the best service.

I thought the pricing was reasonable for what they covered. They sent me an email to let me know when I signed up, but I was hoping for something more, like a small pamphlet that told me who to call if I had a problem. I was able to find it on the internet, however.
