I wanted to really give this dealership 5 stars or better yet, I wanted to not have to write a review at all. But here we are. My experience started out fine with purchasing a 24K Jeep. The Jeep wasnt detailed or very presentable at all (first red flag) but they promised to clean it up and I was happy. This didnt last long as when I came back to pick up my Jeep the check engine light was on! (Second red flag) I was livid but again, they promised to fix it and gave me a loaner. When I got the loaner it was without gas! Yes. Gas light on. (Third red flag) They fixed the Jeep and I got it back only for the check engine light to come on a second time! With the story line being exactly the same. Loaner without gas and all. Through all of this, I have yet to hear from management. Not once. (Yet another red flag) So I would highly suggest purchasing a used car somewhere else. Take all my red flags and run.

I went to about 10 dealerships over today. And this was by far the best experience. Manny is just awesome! He was incredibly patient with my million questions and I never felt pressured at all. There are a few things I found with a car that needed to be addressed and without hesitation he said we will take care of you. If you were looking for a preowned car look no further and call Manny. I love my new expedition and couldnt be happier
We had a good experience buying my son's first car with Noemi, however things went downhill from there. We purchased an extended warranty, and also took possession of the car with a cracked windshield that they promised to replace. Within the first month, the car developed a coolant leak and had a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. Additionally, I called several times about the replacement windshield. We dropped the car off to the sales department as directed, and got it back 3 weeks later - with no service paperwork and a guarantee from Noemi that everything had been completed. The wheel bearing noise was still there, and it turns out they had not replaced it as indicated. What started out as a good experience has turned out very poor, as I have had no follow up from the message I left for the service department or sales to date. Disappointing.
