I have called 8 times in the last 5 days trying to speak with someone about my car. I have left a voicemail with the service manager and haven't gotten a call back, yet. Of the 7 other calls, the phone has been answered twice and the "service scheduler" could not get a service advisor on the phone, but I left all my information with him. They have not called me back. I cannot understand, for the life of me, how a BMW dealership can get away with having such pitiful service and communication. If you want to send your car into a black hole of no communication, send it to BMW of Nashville!

Just purchased a Lexus NX from BMW of Nashville. The process was easy and there was no heavy pressure for me to buy. Salesman and finance manager were both very nice and answered all my questions. I drove the car on Saturday, then went home to think about it and went back on Monday to purchase.

The service department did not fill my coolant after adamantly telling them I kept getting alerts. I am very disappointed with the SERVICE CONTRACT I bought. One oil change for 2000 dollars! They fail to tell you that BMW is only requiring an oil change every 10000 miles. How stupid. This keeps me up at night.
