Hi Danica - I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the new owner :( I am still around but will be working out of my home now since I had to give up my store. Once we have everything set up the way we need it to be and be functional from home, I can let you know and you can reach out to me directly and then I can still do smaller orders for you like that. It was with a very heavy heart that I had to close the store, but COVID made it too hard to keep business going during all the shutdowns last year. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with him but I hope to hear from you and would be happy to do your small orders for you again in the future. I miss the previous ownership IMMENSELY, the new owner is horrible in my opinion. I provided them with a project back in March that I needed completed by April 20th for a birthday gift. The previous owner would have given me a proof within a few days to review and would have gotten my merchandise back to me with weeks to spare. The new owner never provided me with a proof (I gave them the design options), and I ended up canceling the order AFTER the due date and now based on their hours can't even get my merchandise back so that I can gift my sister! I'M LIVID! I used to do business with this company as a business owner (I am an event planner and would have clients place orders through this company), this was my first personal project and I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Actually, the only way I would come back is if the previous owner took her business back.
