Design was crooked on all of the shirts except for 15 if that. You can even see a "5 star" rating photo below with a crooked design that the customer didn't care about. Very rough/cracked design as if they put too much ink on. Unprofessional customer service unable to deal with disgruntled customers (because of shirt quality and being out $550). Say they will set up a conference call with Devin and that never happens. We understand the design we approved for was on us but what about the crooked design and thick, cracked print? A couple of the shirts were frayed. My rating will not improve unless someone decides to take care of this issue. Military company not supporting military customers.
Cameron, We are extremely sorry we are so busy and you haven't receieved your quote yet. Not too sure how it results in a review granted we never were able to get the project underway, however we understand people want answers quickly which we try our best to do. We pride ourselves on QUALITY work, vs most standards of quantity in shops like ours which results in longer customization timing. We are limited staff during this time due to the recent pandemic with rules like majority of small businesses that are still trying to make it by resulting in man power being limited to say the least. Looks like they do nice work if you could actually get them to contact you. I spoke to them regarding a shirt design for screen print and was told they would send me a quote in a couple days but I have yet to hear anything back 2 weeks later. I've tried calling multiple times and the phone either goes to a full mailbox or they answer and say they will call you right back which they don't. They also have not responded to any emails. I get life happens and if something is taking longer than normal just say it. Not give a person the run around. Such a shame, was really looking forward to working with them based on what I've seen from their work. Edit: In response to the shop. Im not quite sure how my bad experience doesnt warrant a review. And yes while I understand you are busy and we are a year into this pandemic I have every right to be frustrated that I was told specifically that I would have a quote on Friday because you work late. And I was also told in response to turn around time normal is 7 days. I waited 2 weeks for what I was told I would have the next day response. When I called back the following week I was told I would get a call back and never did get one. Also my emails after the initial phone call went unanswered. So yes while you may be busy you shouldnt give time quotes and not expect people to be upset. Therefore my negative experience absolutely is warranted for a review.
Made an order of 50 shirts, different colors, sizes, etc. They turn out great. I love the material of the shirts provided. The print came out phenomenal. Combat iron screen printing also provided a great price for me. I will continue to use this place for all my screen printing needs. Thanks again!
Extremely good customer service. Great turnaround time. Specifically Zack Hype Stayed in touch consistently and kept me updated on the development. Air broke in there warehouse continued working as normal, driven and informed business with there craft. Definitely would suggest combat screen printing !!!!
Trash company putting out trash products. took a month to get my shirts, 15+ shirts out of 50 where jacked up, all of the shirts had a front logo and none of them where centered. They like to put everything on the customer saying its your fault never even going over all the things they did wrong. They do nothing but lie, and i can't wait to post pics to back up everything im saying. They will keep putting your order on the back burner, they could care less about you and your business. Get ready to have to keep calling them back cause when they say they will call you email you they don't. so I'm ready for them to say we did this and we did that for you. now I'm out 500+ dollars that ill have to save up again to find someone els to do it right.
