360 mile trip to get a part to find it was broken when I arrived after paying in advanced and talking in the phone twice. Time and money wasted did apologize and refunded me but still at a loss. Definitely wouldn't use again or recommend

Terrible service! a week later after paying for part I called in to enquire & was told it was missed! a further wait then off a week to receive a part that looked very worn. I called in worried & was told it was in perfect working order. I then paid labour to have part fitted to which it was indeed faulty making a worse noise than my old part! After requesting a replacement I was told one would be sent out "as the Customer is always right?"! After waiting 3 weeks I emailed twice to enquire & was ignored by only getting read receipts. On the 3rd email I stated I would then report the Company to which I received an email back staitng that they were tyring to follow up for the courier? 3 weeks?? ...and can return the part for a full refund?! It is now 4 days later & still no part!! Worst Company ever !! Do not use them

Want a grand for a second hand kangoo engine Renault can design build pay factory workers ship the van from northern france to southampton docks... Get it to a dealer, pdi it add road fund license pay valters n salesman and overheads at same time Paying for a multi million pound dealership And they can sort u out with a brand new kangoo new tyres gearbox turbo engine whole brsnd new van 2019 for 6995plus vat Yet these guys want 17 per cent of the total cost of beautiful new van for a scrap engine Pulled Someone should tell them u can buy a kangoo for a grand and hear the engine running drive it home Why would u anyone pay a grand for an engine out of a run if mill renault vann Its like saying u can buy a new 2019 i phone complete boxed for 600 quid..or u can buy a battery (just the battery) out of my 2008 i phone (old battery doesnt hold much charge starting to wear out etc) for 170 quid..
