The service is decent, with a fairly comprehensive range of channels and movies, however their customer service department is inflexible and doesnt have the freedom to flex rigid policy on a case by case basis. I got the free trial at thanksgiving because my grandfather with dementia wanted to watch football. I also figured this would give me a chance to assess the platform since my grandparents on both sides as well as my landlord are looking for alternatives to television and have asked me to help them choose a streaming service. When I forgot to cancel before my account billed, I called and explained the situation. After escalating my case several times, the answer was the same: we do not make exceptions to our cancellation policy. As a consumer, I will never consider a service that doesnt have helpful and independent customer service, especially when recommending something to my elderly grandparents. Fubo just lost about $3,000 a year in subscriptions for a decade to come because they are unwilling to consider my situation. Very unfortunate.

Fraudulent company. They let anyone with your email set up an account. When you call to cancel they lie about how many charges they have made and tell you their policy is no refunds.
