Firstly can I point out that our tenancy agreements are fully compliant with current legislation and are updated on a regular basis to reflect any changes in the law. We always endeavour to attend to maintenance issues in a timely fashion as we want to ensure that our tenants are happy in their homes and that our landlords properties are maintained to the highest standard. I believe that in this instance an emergency plumber was called on a Sunday afternoon to fix a minor plumbing issue and that the landlord had refused to pay what they felt was an excessive call-out charge. Had you called us directly then we would have had the problem fixed for you quickly by one of our authorised contractors, all of whom are appropriately qualified and fully insured.

Completely unprofessional and only out for what they can get. They refused to fix a shower within a rental property for 6 months and when another issue arose which would have left me with no shower or bath, they refused point blank to refund the charges of the repair of the bath tap. They take no responsibility for their actions and rather than value their customers and treat them with respect, they take what they can and the act in such a bitter manor. Their tenancy agreements aren't worth the paper they are written on. If you do have the misfortune of getting involved with them, I would strongly suggest you gather as much evidence as possible of any issues or complaints you are almost certain to make and put everything in writing - no telephone calls. Rude, obnoxious, greedy people with no morals.
Ive been dealing with Johnathan over the last few weeks regarding looking at a new property in Stafford. Hes been so helpful and amenable and nothing has been too much trouble. He wasnt pushy at all and he is so polite and friendly. An absolute breath of fresh air. Best dealings Ive had with an estate agent. Highly recommended!
It wasn't busy when we got their. Lady who showed us to our table wasn't pleasant. Showed us to a dirty table which clearly some kid had tipped salt all over. She went to get a cloth to wipe it up. (very poorly cleaned, I sat down and used the napkins to up more salt that she didn't bother to do properly. Unfortunately the floor and seat was also covered in salt, I asked to be moved felt like I was putting her out, was friendly, didn't even smile, I know it's not her fault but I don't want to sit at a dirty table and should not feel like I'm making a big issue of it. CHAP who then served us was piloite and helpful. FOOD was good, we all enjoyed. Unfortunately not enough options I. The childrens menu, but that's just our opinion as we have a child who like steak and chicken (not your normal chicken nuggets) please do adult meal as a smaller option for kids.
