Justin, we thank you for your feedback, and I apologize that I wasn't able to show you what you were wanting to see in person. When you came in, I was in the middle of getting a rush order printed. Due to everything going on in the world, we are short staffed like many other small businesses. That said, I still took the time to show you samples of what we had in person, and you stated that wasn't what you were looking for. I then explained that the styles I knew of, off the top of my head weren't going to be best for what you were looking for either, and that I didn't know of any brands or styles that were both a heavier weight fabric, and a slimmer, fashion fit shirt. I then gave you my card, and said if you come across a brand that meets your requirements for the style you are wanting for your brand, we'd see what we could do to get them for you.

Take your business elsewhere. The owner was rude when I came in to inquire about his services. He was very unprofessional. I didnt know EXACTLY what I wanted so he kind of wrote me off. He wasnt helpful at all. When I wanted to see more of his products he stated that he didnt have time to show me. There are too many other screen printing companies in the area that wants to help their potential customers, than to deal with this one.
Rob was so easy to work with. I sent him an idea for a birthday tank I got off Pinterest and he matched it exactly. Very happy with my tank tops. I will definitely use him for future orders.
I apologize for the way you feel you were treated. We value our customers and the relationships we have with them very much. If you weren't a previous customer yourself, we wouldn't have agreed to waive our minimum order requirements for this order. At that time we also stated that it would take longer than our usual turnaround time to get them done, but that we would do everything we could to have them done by your due date for you. All of which was because we value your business. What we will not tolerate is a customer calling and yelling at us on the phone, storming into our office and getting upset because you were told your refund could take up to 7 business days for your bank to process.

Unbelievably rude and very disrespectful. This guy here has no value for customers, and no interest for relationships. My personal experience with this company was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy either.
