Optometrist was kind and professional. That's about all the good I have to say about this place. Other staff were rude to me and didn't understand insurance even though mine listed them as a provider. Needed to pay out of pocket for everything and then send the bill to my insurance to get reimbursed. The glasses I recieved were the wrong prescription (+.5 instead of -.75) and the staff didn't believe me and suggested that my eyes were just 'too tired to use them'. The lenses fell out of the frames after two days. Needed to wait over a month for a recheck. Went over to Lenscrafters and they gave me an exam and new lenses in an hour. Don't waste your time here like I did.
Ordered two pairs of glasses and both came back with dust embedded in the coating. Sent one pair back and ordered new lenses for the other pair. Came back with the same dust, as if nothing was done to them and the new lenses for the second pair were scratched across the center and covered with a sticker. Sent back again for new lenses for both pair with Crizal coating, since Crizal is usually a different lab, but they came back with the same "dust" or whatever it is, on the lenses. Each time, they acknowledged the dust but still called me in to pick up the "new" lenses with the same defect on them. I understand that its a lab issue and not the vision center but noone bothered to check the lenses, considering the complaint. No pride in their product and a serious lack of quality control. Nice, apologetic staff but after six attempts to get at least one pair of brand new glasses, I just took both pair with the defected lenses and my family and I won't be returning to this center.

The actual guy I picked my glasses with was very pleasant and funny and I had a great time with him. The young women who took the pictures of my eyes was very sweet and kind also. The optometrist, however, that gave me my actual exam was very rude and laughed at me when I asked basic questions about the exam. She made me feel stupid for asking questions and was very rude through the entire exam. Ill be going back to pick up my glasses and NEVER returning to this place again only because of my experience with her. Also, one of the receptionist was very rude to the guy I picked my glasses up with. He picked up a packet of paper and asked her something and she responded with damn, do you want me to do your job for you too? in a sarcastic tone. He responded with I was just asking. He was an elderly gentleman and maybe the receptionist was playing with him but I felt it was rude and made me feel awkward and sorry for him as I sat in the waiting area and could hear this exchange.
