The entrance was impossible to find. When you walk in, there is a desk with no one sitting there. The office is UPSTAIRS. So allow me to give directions that will assist: - they are in the 1st building -it is the second door - go inside to the RIGHT of the front desk - go up the flight of stairs - when you get to the top of the stairs they are to the left. You're welcome.

Customers beware...Chris has zero customer service skills. It's all about the bottom line for him. If there is an error, he will stick to his guns and place it on the customer to save his company a dime. No exceptions. He offered no solutions and no compromises. Don't bother!

Quality shirts and many fabric options. Received good service at a good price and I would recommend. My only complaint is the owner is the only one who can work the machines and he's often not available. Call ahead. They should teach the other employees.

Chris and his crew are absolutely TOP NOTCH! I own and operate a local Auto Detailing business so I can't help but compare how detail oriented others are with their business. Everything from the communication, quality of the apparel and designs; to the friendliness of the entire staff, ease of setting up the direction I wanted to go in with my design... It was all fluid and I couldn't have asked for more from Big Time Design! Even though they were slammed with other clients Chris, Renee and the entire crew took the time to thoroughly go over everything with me from start to finish and my order looks incredible!
