Very poorly managed. I purchased a car 2+ weeks ago, never received my paperwork via email, had to call and leave numerous voicemails to finally receive it. Also ordered another car for my mom and left a deposit and they never ordered it. Requested to finance my current lease and purchase the vehicle and no one has gotten back to me! We were ready to give them business for 3 vehicles in one day and after spending 7hrs at the dealership- we left with 1 car and lack of interest of returning!

If i could give this dealership any thing less than one star I would!!! 0out of 5 recommend!!! My brother had a purchase agreement, had a check overnighted from our bank for him to be called an hour after the check was delivered on Friday to hear the Jeep was sold. It wasnt supposed to be ready until Then. No one could find the check today, (how do you lose a $20K check?)We asked to speak with the General Manager this morning when We arrived at the dealership after they continuously ignored our phone calls and left us on hold. The Finance Manager blatantly lied about knowing about the situation. They tried to keep the check for a vehicle they sold twice. Honestly its such a disappointing experience for a first time buyer who just got out of Basic Training for the Army. How can you be so disrespectful to someone who decided to fight for our country? BMW could have had a life long customer, but instead ruined my brothers experience. The only person who didnt screw up on this was the sales person. DO NOT waste your time, money or energy

I highly recommend BMW of the Woodlands for your BMW purchase. Joseph Sweeney (Client Advisor) went above and beyond on keeping me posted from production to delivery of my vehicle. He will be delivering my vehicle to my house to help with setting up everything on my car. The Finance Manager Malik is such an awesome guy - they have a no pressure tactic. I did not spend hours at the dealership. Again, a big thanks to the great team at BMW of the Woodlands. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are an 11.

Give a second chance to this place ,I took my car here because of a shatter window from the landscaping company ,service advisor suggested to get my tires rotate and alignment done plus service my car with oil change since he even told me that we only see you once a year I agree since the car was there to get the glass repair and it will we a one stop shop so it was a win win for me fast Foward got there to pick up my car only my glass was repair and oil change done everything else I signed and agree to get done was not done because Of a ruff day the advisor was having and he even told me that in understand we all have ruff days but service and communication is important to customers and we need to our aside our own personal issues in order to be 100 percent at work I work In a industry that I interact with customers all day and in have to be at my best and put y best foot Foward to service my customers so they will leave happy and come back and remember how good service they receive. This is why I rather drive downtown and service my car than drive 1 mile down the road for this type of circus that seems not get any better after 3 years 4 cars we have own. Communication is key when a service wont be provided after a call to the customer explain and make a future appointment and but it was not even offer seem like they dint even care.
