Man, I hate writing places bad reviews but after I was done here I literally wanted to jump in the shower, peel off my skin and scrub myself from the inside out. Everything to avoid in a car dealership, from the rookie salesman who won't stop humping your leg, to the condescending "managers" in suit jackets over badly fitting T-Shirts. I'd rather walk than buy a car from these guys.
SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!... I called wanting to buy vehicle seen on their website and they assured me it was on the lot. After driving all the way into Houston through traffic and then they wanted to do the BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! After 30 minutes of walking around the lot getting talked into other vehicles, I couldnt they would pull that on potential customers. Dont waist your time and drive to the next dealership if you know whats good for you.
I've been talking to these folks and they have been really good to deal with. I haven't bought yet, as I'm not quite ready, but when I do... I'll go Northwest.
Today was a good day took my truck in for service it was making a noise and they took me right in and I waited for about an hour and they found the problem. I was done in about 3 hours and it was covered by warranty. This made it a good day. I didnt mention but I had taken it to another place and they were unable to find the issue so I am glad I took a chance on the dealership.
I wanted to buy a jeep from them. They tried over charging for a used jeep. I told them I found the blue book value of the jeep and they were $7000 over. I asked them to price a new jeep to lease, he came back with a for sale price for a different jeep I didn't want. Talked from both sides of mouth. Told me he has most wiggle room on new and later in conversation he said he can take more off of the msrp of the used because it is a used vehicle.
